Kilduff said Echelon's proposal is for rental units that would comply with historic tax‑credit rules (including a five‑year rental requirement), and that the county would retain ownership of three other parcels (war memorial, ball fields, playground). "The offer was $50,000 for the property," Kilduff said. Supervisor Pritchard moved approval; the motion was seconded and passed by voice vote.
