Board receives jail-remodel update, approves $64,354.89 in construction pay applications

The total for the listed pay items is $64,354.89 and the motion to approve the pay application was moved by Mike Schulte, seconded by LeRoy DeBoer; the board voted unanimously to approve the payments.
