Jefferson County board approves 2026 meeting calendar

At its Jan. 8, 2026 Building Board of Appeals workshop, the Jefferson County Planning and Zoning Commission approved the board’s 2026 meeting calendar without recorded opposition.
John Senn reported that no one had signed up to speak for, against, or neutral on the proposed dates and that holidays did not create conflicts. Chairman Jared Arnell asked staff to email the finalized list of dates to commissioners.
Heath Lewis moved to approve the 2026 meeting dates; Kevin Larsen seconded the motion and the board’s voice vote was recorded as unanimous. Commissioners did not request changes to the schedule during the meeting.
