Planner Jenna Huennekens presented the proposed schedule; Commissioner Trevor Arnold moved to approve and Commissioner Sean Priest seconded. No members of the public spoke for, neutral or against the proposal, and the motion passed unanimously.
Commissioners said the change will standardize meeting planning and staff scheduling. The commission will publish the updated calendar and meeting notices on the county website.
