Dietsch told the board that a vote on the expansion would occur following a second public hearing, which is scheduled for the Aug. 20 commissioners meeting.
Chairman Perdue opened and closed the public hearing during the Aug. 6 meeting with no comments; Dietsch's presentation indicated that the board will formally consider the consistency determination and any expansion request at the Aug. 20 meeting. Members of the public and interested stakeholders will have another opportunity to comment at that hearing before the board votes.
