Sesame Technologies expansion and BTW Global facility tied to county infrastructure plans

Susan Squires told the committee the economic development office has already met with existing industries and hosted businesses exploring expansion. “Ryan Woolard shared that the company is planning a 30-by-60-foot expansion to its existing facility. Sesame Technologies reported strong performance, manufacturing more than 231,500 parts in 2025,” she said.
Squires also mentioned discussion of BTW Global’s new facility on Industrial Drive, which she said is expected to move forward following completion of the Washington–Beaufort County infrastructure improvements. These business-level updates were presented as indicators of early-year momentum for local industry attraction and retention efforts.
