Court ratifies contract modification, settlements and an executive hire; approves housing resolutions

The court also directed HRMD to hire Dr. Charice Fano Berdeen as the County Executive for Innovative Justice and Program Analysis (IJPA) and approved companion housing‑finance corporation resolutions related to participation as ground lessor in the 7333 Bluff Springs Apartments development (affordability terms described in staff materials). Commissioners voted on each motion and the clerk recorded unanimous passage on the floor.
