Osceola supervisors enter closed session to discuss union negotiations under Iowa Code

After the closed discussion, Supervisor Jayson Vande Hoef moved and Supervisor LeRoy DeBoer seconded a motion to end the closed session and return to regular session; the motion carried with all supervisors recorded as voting in the affirmative.
