Reeves urged the board to define what is allowable in public comment and to clarify processes for complaints, saying, “It's not fair to have people accused of anything wrongdoing ... especially, and not be able to defend themselves.” The chair and other members agreed to place the item on the July 13 agenda (or a special call if needed) so the board can review the policy and consider a motion at that meeting.
