PSA approves agenda; EDA proceeds without quorum; future meetings scheduled

The PSA approved its Jan. 14 agenda unanimously; the EDA approved its agenda despite lacking a quorum and will consider subcommittee appointments at its Jan. 28 meeting. Both boards adjourned and set near-term meeting dates.
At the start of the Jan. 14 joint meeting, Ron Haley called the EDA to order and Bobby Mangrum called the PSA to order. On motion by Doss Cummings, the EDA approved the meeting agenda "as presented despite not having a quorum"; the PSA approved its agenda on a motion by Scott Eutsler, seconded by Kevin Smith, and carried unanimously.
The PSA adjourned by general consent on a motion by Scott Eutsler, seconded by Jeffery Houchins. The EDA adjourned thereafter. The boards set their next regular meetings: the PSA for Jan. 27, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. and the EDA for Jan. 28, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
