The commission was told the number of Federal Post Card Applications (FPCAs) for military and overseas voters is about 1,500–1,600, significantly higher than the roughly 2,000 reported four years earlier at the same point. Commissioners did not take formal action; staff will continue to monitor turnout and ballot processing.
