Middlesex County EDA retains officers, approves 2026 calendar and committee structure

The Economic Development Authority of Middlesex County opened its Jan. 12 meeting in Saluda and unanimously voted to retain the existing chair and officers for 2026. Chairman John Anzivino presided and reminded members that annual Conflict of Interest forms are due January 21 and that some members still must complete COIA and FOIA training.
The board approved its 2026 meeting calendar, with meetings to "continue to be held the 2ⁿᵈ Monday of every month at 6:00 p.m.," and noted an exception: the October meeting will take place on Monday, Oct. 19 (the third Monday) because of the Columbus Day holiday. The board also reviewed committee appointments and, after discussion, elected to maintain the current committee structure for ongoing project work. The motion to keep officers and the motion approving the calendar carried unanimously.
