County withdraws from CDBG project and transfers Learning Center property to nonprofit

Commissioner Tom Ryan read part of the deed noting the property must be used for educational opportunities or it reverts to the county; Clerk Becky Kersten noted state statute permits the county to transfer property if in the county’s best interest.
