Jamie Newbrough of Carver, Florek & James CPAs presented the Fiscal Year 2024–25 financial statement audit to the Hot Springs County commissioners and reported the auditors identified no findings of noncompliance or internal control deficiencies. The auditors also tested federal programs and found no deficiencies in internal control over compliance.
Commissioner Tom Ryan moved to accept the audit report, Commissioner Paul Galovich seconded, and the motion carried. Newbrough told the board a copy of the audit report is available at the County Clerk’s Office and online on the county website.
