Judge Hamsher moved to approve the amended agenda (which added two late items); Commissioner Rowell seconded and the motion passed 3-0. The Court then approved the minutes from Dec. 16, 2025 and a contract with Wold Entertainment to provide the carnival for the 2026 fair; both actions were approved unanimously.
"Wold Entertainment will provide the carnival for the 2026 Fair," the minutes record. The Court also conducted open voting to appoint three members to the Forestland Classification Committee: Pat Holliday (grazing land), Chad Engle (timber) and Irene Jerome (at-large). Several other reappointments were recorded for boards and commissions, with expiration dates noted in the minutes.
All recorded votes for consent and the identified approvals were unanimous (3-0). The minutes do not show contested nominations or dissenting votes. Administrative Assistant Laurie Stinnett filed the minutes and the Court adjourned at 10:06 a.m.
