"The federal grant issue has been resolved," Eric Bush said, adding that the office will continue work on security upgrades and the Monument generator project. The Court recorded the update and approved associated items by unanimous vote. The grant release restores operating capacity for emergency management projects and allows continuation of planned security measures at the county facilities.
The Berry Building work was described as including the same entry control system as the courthouse; the generator for Monument was described as intended to provide backup power where none currently exists. No dollar amounts or procurement timelines were specified in the minutes. The Court adjourned after setting the schedule for upcoming meetings and filing the minutes.
