After executive session, commissioners restore Public Health hours and approve part-time Emergency Manager

Commissioners concluded the dual responsibilities can conflict during an emergency and approved restoring the Readiness Coordinator’s hours and hiring a part-time Emergency Manager to separate the duties. The motion passed and was recorded in the minutes as approved.
