Ruland requested the board and Planning and Zoning Board consider becoming WYOPASS members to support work on communications policy; the board gave permission for Ruland to join at a cost of $250 per year.
Ruland outlined next steps for drafting and review of tower regulations and asked the board to coordinate Planning and Zoning staff and board participation in the WYOPASS network. The authorization to join WYOPASS was administrative; the board did not adopt final regulations at this meeting.
