Grant administrator updates Overlook at Roundtop outreach and CDBG environmental progress

Connie Guntly provided a grants update on the Overlook at Roundtop project and CDBG work. She said marketing by Only Co. has been active for one month and will continue for two more months; county staff created a shareable spreadsheet to track public inquiries and noted six contacts to date. Meri Ann Dorman prepared a LoopNet listing to support outreach.
Guntly said she emailed the Wyoming Business Council about the BOCC decision to proceed with water infrastructure for the Overlook at Roundtop project and requested a grant extension; she expects an amendment but said it could take several weeks for Attorney General review. Regarding a separate CDBG project, Guntly reported the County received the final environmental report and that Kaycee, the CDBG representative, is inputting the data into HUD's Environmental Questionnaire System.
The commissioners received the update and no formal vote beyond informational acceptance was recorded.
