Commissioners approve three CRF agreements to fund grant matches for road projects

Stoddard described CRF 2501 as a $32,759 county match (20%) for a CMAQ dust-suppression project covering 22.45 miles; CRF 2502 is a $5,700 match for WRRSP/HRRRP advance warning signs on identified high-risk roads; CRF 2503 is $40,000 to fund grant application research and preparation. "Funds are requested in the amount of THIRTY TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY NINE AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($32,759.00)," the CRF documentation states.
Commissioner Justin Burkart moved to adopt each CRF agreement; the motions were seconded and passed. Commissioner Aaron Walsh moved to accept the Road & Bridge report. The agreements authorize using county CRF monies as the required match should the associated grants be awarded and require follow-up procurement and project implementation steps by Road & Bridge.
