Nate Messenger, the airport’s fixed-base operator, reported to the board that the Hot Springs County airport saw 192 total aircraft operations in December. Fuel-sales figures showed 2,887 gallons of Avgas and 1,163.6 gallons of Jet A (jet fuel), and Messenger said UPS freight flights operated four times a week during the month.
Messenger provided a year-over-year context saying the airport recorded about 200 additional operations in 2025 compared with 2024 and noted a trend of increased Jet A sales and decreased Avgas sales. He also reported that new hoses for fuel trucks had been received and were scheduled for installation.
