Commission tables Sycamore Cross CUP; votes to schedule site visits before next meeting

Staff reminded commissioners that if more than two commissioners attend a site visit, it must be noticed as a public meeting, and county legal staff said they will work with staff to ensure any visits comply with open-meeting rules.
