Water authority seeks lower withdrawal limit, cites Rosegill project for improved finances

Mr. England said the Rosegill project would bring the Water Authority into a positive financial position. Board members and staff also discussed the possibility of sharing a Middlesex Water Authority employee with the county Utilities Department to increase efficiency.
