Commission approves May and August minutes, defers Jan. 29 minutes

A commissioner (speaker 3) objected to a summarized line in the August minutes, saying she did not intend the language as written. "I'm afraid I can't agree with what's written that I said in, the August meeting," she told the commission and asked to review the transcript. Staff replied the published text was a summary rather than verbatim and offered the transcript for review; the commissioner accepted the transcript‑based record and later voted to approve.
The minutes action was presented as a single motion that deferred one set and approved the other two pending the recorded corrections; the chair confirmed there were no opposing votes when the motion carried. The deferred Jan. 29 minutes will be revisited later after staff compiles the outstanding items.
