The permit covers daytime educational performances and small fundraising events while the applicant completes a final site plan and constructs the proposed day program center and an adjacent wildlife-education facility. Town staff asked the applicant to follow up with the code officer about construction permitting for the pavilion floor and to provide any required documentation to the development office.
