The Goshen County Board of County Commissioners approved routine reports and reviewed a large warrants package at its March 3, 2026 meeting. Chairman Michael McNamee opened the session and the board voted to adopt the revised agenda and minutes from the Feb. 17 meeting.
County Clerk Mary B. Feagler presented the clerk's earnings ($14,941.00 for February), the warrant report and the employee payroll report; Commissioner Aaron Walsh moved to accept the Clerk's report and the motion passed. Meeting materials listed a warrants total of $1,143,948.20 across multiple batches; one voucher batch reviewed in the meeting materials totaled $523,294.07. Payroll and labor summary documents were provided for February payroll cycles presented to the board.
Chairman McNamee commented that the county had "been blessed with much needed rain," and the board approved the standard financial and departmental reports. The meeting also included a separate, approved motion to contract with Kleen Sweep LLC for courthouse and county building cleaning services (2-year contract at $4,333.33 per month). The board entered an executive session at 10:45 a.m. and reconvened at 11:45 a.m., adjourning the regular meeting at 11:46 a.m.
