Commission accepts Health Department minutes and HIPAA manual; accepts tire bid and holds executive session on road personnel

Emergency Management Coordinator and Zoning Administrator Scott Morris presented bids for four 10-ply Cooper tires for a 2016 Dodge Ram pickup. The board accepted the lowest and best bid from Neumann Services at $1,007.40. Later in the meeting the commission recessed into executive session at 9:21 A.M. to discuss and protect the interests of non-elected road department personnel; County Attorney Charles D. Baskins, County Clerk Peggy Franken and Road Office Manager Lindsay Norris remained for the session. The executive session concluded with no public action and the commission adjourned at 9:46 A.M.
