Commission approves multiple road-department purchases, repairs and additional vendor payments

Commissioner Hall moved to approve rental of a water tanker from United Rental to prepare Saratoga and 150th Roads for chip sealing "at a monthly rate up to $5,200.00," and motions to rent a roller from Foley Equipment for up to $7,600.00 and a skid steer stump grinder attachment for $1,263.00 passed unanimously. The purchases and rentals are intended to support the scheduled June 22 chip-sealing operation.
