Commissioners advance Chase Building plans, accept elevator-security contract and engage counsel on Bridge 51 financing

Auditor Diana Topping briefed commissioners on Chase Building space planning and said, "She thinks the Commissioners did a brilliant job in hiring Envoy. The space is very functional," noting the county will occupy upper floors while Chase Bank retains first-floor space until lease end.
Two items related to a filming company using Open Door Youth Services property were tabled pending more information and a letter from Open Door Youth Services' leadership.
