Because of the late hour Mr. Terry did not deliver his full prepared presentation; the commission agreed to invite him back to a future meeting so he can present in full. The commission adjourned at 7:58 p.m.
No formal vote or action was taken on the Merck Forest matter at the July 16 meeting.
