Board approves bonds for Health Department building and creates H5N1 supplement fund

County Attorney Rick Fox presented the resolution and said the plan includes relocating some county offices to the building's second floor, with the Pineview building to be put on the market.
Commissioners also approved FCO 2025-10 to establish H5N1 Supplement Fund #8116, which will support Health Department activities related to a grant for vaccines and billboard outreach. Both items passed by unanimous consent.
