City approves PD amendment permitting indoor high-end vehicle sales at Enterprise Way

On second reading the commission approved an amendment to the North Park Planned Development to permit indoor vehicular dealer sales at a property generally addressed as 3848/3865 Enterprise Way. Sid Veline of DL Fox Properties described the proposal as a leased building that will display exotic cars priced at $80,000 and above for indoor display only and told commissioners there was no opposition at prior hearings.
Planning staff said Planning & Zoning recommended adoption and there were no outstanding conditions. The commission moved and passed Ordinance 48-63 unanimously.
