President Al Knable said he "appreciates the great value they do" but cited recent news from Indianapolis and asked that the item be scheduled for the next joint meeting with County Council so council members could weigh in before the county commits funding. Commissioners did not vote on the request at the April 15 meeting and directed staff to place the item on the joint meeting agenda.
