The Whitley County Fiscal Court opened its Dec. 19, 2025 special meeting and quickly addressed routine business. Michael Jarboe moved to adopt the agenda; Scotty Harrison seconded and the minutes record: "ALL VOTED YEA!" Jarboe later moved to approve and accept the reading of minutes from the previous meeting, a motion seconded by Raleigh Meadors; that motion also passed unanimously.
The court also approved payment of claims following a motion from Scotty Harrison seconded by Meadors. The minutes record the vote on the claims as unanimous. No amendments, dollar amounts for the claims, or individual claim details were included in the meeting record presented to the court.
