Goshen County commissioners approve routine business, renew five liquor licenses

The Goshen County Board of County Commissioners met Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026, and approved routine business including the revised agenda and the minutes from the Feb. 3 meeting.
During the meeting the Commission approved Full Retail License renewals for 307 Horse Racing, LLC; J & J Enterprises 4, LLC; Emporium at Hawk Springs LLC; and Western Cooperative Company, and approved a Retail and Winery License for Table Mountain Vineyards, LLC. The liquor licenses were opened at a duly published hearing and were approved by motion and passed by the Commission.
Chairman Michael McNamee also relayed a Fairgrounds update from Fair Grounds General Manager Stephanie Bumguardner and the Commission appointed Lori Schafer to the vacant Fair Board seat. The meeting adjourned at 10:54 a.m.; the next regular meeting is scheduled for March 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
