Richland Township Trustee Leland Entz and Chair Justin Stucky expressed openness to lowering a cited $4,000 road impact fee to $2,000 to address township concerns about road wear. Staff-recommended conditions included proof of liability insurance (if requested), hazardous-waste disposal, screening of dumpsters, required permits, and communication between the applicant and the township about Webb Road maintenance.
