Guntly requested approval for Drawdown Request #5 to cover engineering services from October 2025 through January 2026.
On the Community Development Block Grant, Guntly told the board that on March 10 WCDA reviewed the environmental information and "no significant impacts were noted." She asked permission to have the commissioner's signature stamp applied to the ERR after the required 15‑day public comment period, with a contingency that if comments arrive signatures would be dated later.
