Commissioners voted to use the Bank of Thermopolis for interim construction financing for the new airport hangar after local banks were solicited; Big Horn Federal declined and the Bank of Thermopolis offered the lowest rate and no origination fee. Commissioner Tom Ryan led the lender selection and the motion carried.
FBO Manager Nate Messenger reported 132 total recorded operations at the airport and March fuel sales of 686.45 gallons of Avgas and 1,795.83 gallons of Jet A; he also completed the DEQ Operators Annual Inspection on the fuel tank and replaced filters on the Avgas self-serve system. "There were 132 total recorded operations at the airport," Messenger said. Commissioner Galovich noted the Bank of Thermopolis charged no origination fee and Commissioner Ryan said the bank was "doing a great service to the community."
