Chair Peter Brzozowy presented a REPRO quote to print 300 copies of a 32-page report, including a one-page school summary, for $565; Pat Treckman moved to empower Brzozowy to sign the contract, Joe Deller seconded, and the board voted unanimously to carry the motion.
Donna Bohannon, assistant to the Selectboard and temporary clerk, was asked to contact Sylvia Jensen to confirm that the school will provide the required one-page summary. The board discussed but rejected longer-term (two- or three-year) commitments, agreeing to remain on a one-year term to retain flexibility.
