Commission tables draft private-roads language for Agricultural and Rural district

At the Feb. 2 meeting, Mr. Greg Ransford presented the first draft of proposed language for Section 23.12BB, which would regulate private roads in the Agricultural and Rural zoning district.
Commissioners questioned what final-approval authority the draft would assign and discussed concerns about how the provisions would be applied. Commissioner Rick Westerling moved to table the item until the next meeting; Todd Bronson seconded and the motion carried 5-0. The draft was not advanced at this meeting and will return for further consideration.
