Commissioners approve prior minutes, set next meeting and adjourn

Commissioner Lewendusky moved to approve the Sept. 24, 2025 meeting minutes and Commissioner Masone seconded; the minutes were unanimously approved. Staff noted there was no Old Business and no New Business for the meeting.
Staff provided logistical instructions for the next meeting and review of the 2025 budget and revenue report at the February meeting, asking attendees to park on the lower level and enter through the first‑floor doors. The next meeting was scheduled for Feb. 25, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting was adjourned following a motion by Commissioner Poleto and a second from Commissioner Mainello; the adjournment passed unanimously at 6:08 p.m.
