Both motions were moved by Timothy P. Doody and seconded by Cullen Tonry; each passed with votes recorded as "yea" from Chairman George Imbraguglio, Doody, and Tonry. Members Lisamarie K. Brandon and Dr. April Lavergne were recorded absent for the meeting.
Later in the meeting, the board voted to review and discuss administrative edits and initializations from the Administration on a motion by Mr. Doody, seconded by Mr. Tonry. The meeting adjourned at 5:09 p.m. after a final motion to adjourn passed unanimously among those present. The minutes are signed by Chairman George Imbraguglio and Secretary Joelle R. Michel.
