Annie Jacobson appeared on behalf of the Krainewood Shores Homeowners Association and asked the Board for permission to purchase and install a radar speed sign as an effort "to improve speed awareness and reduce the risk of an incident." The Board approved the July 21 request contingent on coordination with the Department of Public Works to determine siting and with all current and future costs to be borne by the Homeowners Association; the motion passed 5-0.
The Board did not attach additional conditions beyond DPW coordination and cost responsibility. The authorization allows the HOA to move forward with purchase and installation after finalizing placement with town staff.
