Senior Planner Mary Brenner reported that during the first half of 2026 the Planning Department issued no minor site-plan approvals and only administrative approvals. She reminded the public that approval letters are posted on the Community Development page at keenenh.gov and are cleaned up quarterly; items older than 30 days are removed from the listing.
Brenner also noted upcoming dates for the Planning Board steering committee and site visits, and reminded members to respond to staff requests for quorum. The board had no questions and accepted the update.
