Summary
Staff and commissioners agreed to send the John Copperfield Real Estate LLC special-use permit to public hearing (suggested June 9). The Planning Commission voted to send the John Copperfield Real Estate LLC special-use permit application to a public hearing, with staff and the applicant asked to refine condition language related to parcel boundary limits and to include the previously missing maps in the public packet.
Staff told commissioners that the maps that were missing from the prior packet were included for this meeting and that the applicant submitted revised draft conditions; commissioners who conducted site visits said the revised site plan clarified parking and drainage. Staff recommended taking the application to public hearing at the June 9 meeting, and commissioners agreed while adding a placeholder condition that language limiting the western boundary may be refined after county-attorney review. "I would request that you consider taking this to public hearing at the June 9 meeting," staff said. Commissioners agreed to forward the item for public hearing and asked staff to work with the applicant and county attorney on clear permit language.
