Big Picture Educational Academy seeks to move elementary campus, projects rent savings and added green space

The presenters also summarized academic improvements since their charter renewal: increased NWEA growth in ELA and math, gains for students with disabilities and Hispanic students, and implementation of college-readiness and CTE pathways. The board closed the public hearing on the item; staff said the charter committee will prepare a report and recommendation for the upcoming July meeting.
