“...I have them in my truck right now, and I want to put them in a secure location...I have a good idea what we can do with Hemlock Park. That's pretty simple and easy, so that'll be done quick,” operations said, adding that the water-plant shutoff will be the most complicated because of multiple lines and the risk of disrupting service.
Operations said he would do a detailed evaluation and provide a price quote in roughly two weeks. Councilors urged starting on the parcels where the city has permission and using Harper funds for the work where applicable; staff noted the town must obligate some funds by the end of December.
