Yoncalla board approves athletic coaching hires on consent agenda

Director Fawn Sybrant moved approval of the consent agenda and Director Cathey Grimes seconded; the consent agenda passed with Directors Sybrant, Grimes, Frasieur, McDonald and Orcutt recorded as voting yes. Director McDonald noted she was absent from the March meeting and abstained from the specific consent item in which her absence was relevant.
