He told the board that third‑grade language arts is meeting state grade‑level expectations and that the district’s on‑time graduation rate is about 85, above the state average but still short of district targets.
The presentation listed key investment costs totaling $558,000 and described barriers such as mental‑health provider shortages, transportation issues and staff retention. Berry noted the district is meeting or exceeding state averages in several program markers but said the district is not yet meeting its own, higher internal goals.
