Applicant Jessica (speaker 12) said the team was "super excited" to open and described hours as Monday–Saturday 7 a.m.–3 p.m. and Sundays 8 a.m.–2 p.m., with light bakery goods and prepared sandwiches. Jim Landwash (speaker 11), identified as chairman of the redevelopment agency, told the council the coffee shop would be a strong fit for the Downtown Pasco Redevelopment District.
After public support from local business leaders and residents, the council voted to grant the license contingent on meeting usual stipulations for victualling establishments.
